  The United Arab Emirates (UAE) reported it is opening a way to citizenship for certain foreigners, however it is indistinct if new visa holders will profit by this framework.  Dubai ruler and UAE Prime Minister Sheik Mohammed Rashed Al Maktoum on Saturday said "investors, professionals and experts including scientists, doctors, engineers, craftsmen, inventors and their families" would be qualified for naturalization under the new amendment to the citizenship law.  "The UAE bureau, nearby emiri courts and chief boards will name those qualified for the citizenship under clear measures set for every class," he said. SYRIAN Crisis: Ceasefire For At least 30 Days, EU letter To Turkey, Iran, Russia

EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini has written a letter to Turkey, Iran and Russia, demanded ceasefire from trio for at least 30 consecutive days and allow food and aid to besieged cities especially eastern Ghouta.

The letter is also send to the 28 EU foreign Ministers and UN secretary General Antonio Guterres. In the letter EU diplomat demanded trio states to take sensible steps towards peace and security of innocent citizens of Syria. Moreover Mogherini eagerly demanded to start peace talk between these three countries as member of peace talks in Kazakh capital Astana.

Mogherini added that “implement a genuine humanitarian pause for at least 30 consecutive days throughout Syria.” The letter were seen by Reuter on 26th February in which Mogherini also Demanded Russia, Turkey, Iran that "the Syrian people are protected, and finally that urgent humanitarian access and necessary medical evacuations are taking place.”

However, US General blamed Russia for these miserable conditions in Syria. General accused Russia by saying its “both arsonist and firefighter”, Russia is playing a sabotaging role in the Syria, as Russia violated the self declared truce in syria.

The Syrian war started seven years ago, US and Russia are on opposite sides in this war. Army of Bashar ul Asad backed by Moscow is besieging the eastern Ghouta, which is held by Syrian Rebels having support from Turkey and US itself.

US General added that, Russia is adding fuel to fire by creating mess and stress between all the stakeholders in Syria. Moscow first creates mess and then starts performing role of mediator to resolve conflicts said General Joseph Votel.

Pakistan's "SHAHEEN III" Ballistic Missile Ranges Upto 2750 Km Has Been Successfully Tested
