  The United Arab Emirates (UAE) reported it is opening a way to citizenship for certain foreigners, however it is indistinct if new visa holders will profit by this framework.  Dubai ruler and UAE Prime Minister Sheik Mohammed Rashed Al Maktoum on Saturday said "investors, professionals and experts including scientists, doctors, engineers, craftsmen, inventors and their families" would be qualified for naturalization under the new amendment to the citizenship law.  "The UAE bureau, nearby emiri courts and chief boards will name those qualified for the citizenship under clear measures set for every class," he said. Five People Dead, As Winter Storm Pounded North-East Of US

On Friday, Winter Storm Pounded North-East Coast of US, Strong Winds, Heavy Rain and Snowfall has disrupted the daily life, hundreds of flights cancellation and closure of federal offices in Washington City. Natural catastrophe has caused five deaths in northeast of US so far, constrain people to leave the houses.


Heavy Rain effected coastal area, while strong winter storm has dropped more than one foot of snow fall so far in New York State, the intensity of storm will decrease from Saturday Night National Weather Advisory said.


NWA were issued coastal flooding alert from New Jersey to Massachusetts, Winter storm and strong winds warning were issued for Northeast to Mid Atlantic along with winter weather advisory.


Baltimore Police has confirmed the death of 77 year old lady by fallen of a large tree branch on her in Kingsville, countryside of Baltimore. While Police has also confirmed death of an 11  year old boy who also became the victim of a fallen tree in Putman Valley. 


South Virginia Police has confirmed death of sixty year old man by fallen tree on the truck, while travelling in James City County. Chesterfield County, south of Richmond, police has confirmed death of six year old boy by fallen tree on the house while he was sleeping.


According to Flightaware website, about 3000 international and domestic flights were cancelled on Friday while more than 2400 were delayed due to bad weather conditions in New York State. The trains are still enroute between US capital, New York, and Boston and would continue to their destination to hold on time. 


New York, US most populous and metropolitan city was not expected to observe winter storm but weather forecasted on late night, New York has observed about 2 to 3 inches of snow fall along with strong breezes of 60 miles per hour.

Pakistan's "SHAHEEN III" Ballistic Missile Ranges Upto 2750 Km Has Been Successfully Tested
