Egeland said about 400,000 aid loaded vehicles have still not managed to reach civilians of besieged cities who are giving under open sky or in the battered buildings. People of the cities have refused Russia’s offer to quit the area.

However, Humanitarian task forces have got only five hours Daily to rescue the citizens which are not good enough time to facilitate in the areas where ratio of wounded individuals and casualties are very high.

Moscow government and Syrian Rebels are blaming each other for killings of innocent people. On Monday Moscow government has announced five hours “Humanitarian Pause”. This will decrease number of airstrikes on the cities. But the situation of distrust is gradually increasing on both ends.

Egeland said, This catastrophic disaster is not a Tsunami or any other natural disaster, these are completely man made crisis from A-Z. The Russia’s offer of humanitarian corridor is still in the air and not seen to be happen.

Is this five hours Humanitarian Pause enough? May be it will decrease number of casualties and injuries and people will get bit of relief for some hours but humanitarian crisis will not end until all the opponents come on the table talk for peaceful solution of these crisis.
