EU's Ambassador Isn't Welcome In UK Anymore, Britain denied To Give Diplomatic Status to EU's Ambassador

 The United Kingdom is opposing an interest from the European Union that it award full strategic status to the alliance's ambassador in London, causing stress between both sides, as they poured out of the dark on Thursday.

The BBC report cited the Foreign Office in London as saying: "Commitment proceeds with the EU on the drawn out plans for the EU designation to the UK." 

The report said the UK was hesitant to concede full status to EU ambassadors in London since it would not like to start a trend according to other global associations. 

The EU contends it's anything but a normal worldwide association.
